Return Policy
At Boss Supplements, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@bosssupplements.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the product:
- Defective or wrong items: We’ll reimburse your shipping cost once the return is processed.
- Other returns (change of mind, etc.): You are responsible for purchasing and providing your own return shipping label.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund once issued. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@bosssupplements.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Supplements with broken seals
- Perishable goods (such as food or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us at support@bosssupplements.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unopened and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please note, return shipping costs for EU orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
