BOSS Supplements Ambassador Guidelines, Terms and Conditions

We take great pride in our level of professionalism and authenticity here at BOSS Supplements, and it is vital that you do the same while participating in the ambassador program with us to ensure a successful partnership.

Tracking the use of your code, personal link, and sales is cookie and LIFETIME CUSTOMER based - meaning you will get the credit for the sale and the customer will be your “lifetime customer” — as long as you are the first ambassador link or code that the customer has used and has not previously used another ambassadors link or link associated to the brand. This is Cookies based and tracked automatically through our ambassador program.

Important guidelines for BOSS Supplements Ambassadors to follow:

Always disclose you are affiliated with BOSS Supplements when posting photo or video content to any social media platform or website.

Do NOT SPAM your followers - meaning do not send repetitive emails, cold calls or dms about BOSS Supplements Products

Do NOT post your code or discount link on public “discount” websites

Do not promote yourself as a typical customer on social media, always disclose your relationship with BOSS Supplements

Present yourself in a PROFESSIONAL, AUTHENTIC AND REAL manner. Treat your followers like friends and we will treat your customers like family!

The purpose of our BOSS Ambassador program is to help our loyal community of athletes and support system gain rewards and benefits from promoting our products — we want YOU to benefit from this partnership and feel appreciated in your efforts.

Terms & Conditions:

By participating in our program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding

1. Representing The Brand in a Professional Manner
Misrepresenting the brand or any level of unprofessional representation deemed not suitable by the BOSS Supplements team will lead to immediate termination of your contract as an ambassador. While we value authenticity and being yourself, it is also important to represent yourself in a professional and healthy manner, meaning we do not stand for any of the following (but not limited to):

*No harassment, bullying or shaming others online
*No sexually explicit material or promoting violence
*No claims to cure disease or health conditions using any of our products
*No links to sites that promote any illegal activities 
*No links to sites or media that promote discrimination

2. Promotion using Logos & BOSS Supplements Name:

Ambassadors are NOT allowed to use the BOSS Supplements Logos, names or a collaboration for their own marketing or ANY other business collaboration without the written consent of BOSS Supplements. Any giveaways, business collaborations, challenges, or promotional content using the BOSS Supplements name or logos that does not directly relate to your affiliate codes, links or BOSS website MUST be approved by BOSS Supplements owners through written consent. Improper or illegal use of our brand name and logos can lead to termination of your ambassador contract without notice.

3. Promotional Materials :

NO Ambassador has the right to copy, recreate, or sell any BOSS Supplements merchandise, apparel, or product in any way shape or form. This includes, but is not limited to: apparel printed with BOSS Supplements logos, cloth material including blankets and towels, cups, shakers or glass tumblrs. We love hearing your ideas and would be happy to hear them by emailing the owners directly with your ideas. It is illegal to copyright and print any material with our name or logos on your own.

4. Photo and Video:

BOSS Supplements Ambassadors are to NEVER PHOTOSHOP OR ALTER PHOTOS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM TO CHANGE PHYSICAL APPEARANCE. We do not stand behind the altering of video or photo content to portray a different view than reality in any way. We believe in authenticity and we strongly stand behind this principle. If any of our ambassadors are found to be altering or photoshopping their photos to ALTER PHYSICAL APPEARANCE, BOSS Supplements has the right to immediately terminate their contract without notice. This is not referring to colour filters and brightening photos. Changing physical appearance includes, but is not limited to, making one’s body look larger or smaller than reality.

5. Sharing Your Links:

You will be provided with your own personal discount code as well as a personalized link to share with your followers, family and friends. Share this link and discount code as often as you wish on your personal social media pages and include it in you bio tagging @bosssupplements. You may also put in your bio that you are a BOSS Supplements Ambassador and put your discount link in the direct link below your bio for easy access. You can share your link and code on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads or any other social platforms you use.

It is important to note that any banners, images or links you use on your own websites or social media pages are to be supplied by BOSS Supplements and not to be created or edited on your own in any way. Your link will direct people to our website to purchase our products and track your sales and commission.

6. Promotional Content & Sharing:

BOSS Supplements may use your posted photo or video content with our apparel, supplements or logos attached on any of our social media pages, without prior consent or financial compensation. We may use these photos and videos to advertise, promote and share our products online. The photo or video content may be posted to social media pages or to our website without additional compensation for the content.

7. Responsibilities of BOSS Supplements:

Our team is responsible for tracking your orders and sales through the link we provide you, as well as your discount code. Our team is responsible for processing, packaging and shipping the orders to the customer. We are responsible for all orders, shipping, returns and customer service.

Giveaways, Contests and Promotions:

BOSS Supplements Ambassadors will have the opportunity to share any of our giveaways, special promotions, and sales. You will be able to receive commission through the use of your code or special link. You are only allowed to share giveaways and promotions directly posted by BOSS Supplements or sent to you by our team.

Ambassador Contract & Agreement:

At any time, the BOSS Supplements team can review your social media pages and websites to ensure compliance with this agreement. Please make sure you are referring to this agreement to ensure you are in good standing as an ambassador. Failure to follow this contract can lead to termination as an ambassador without notice.

Your Sales & Commission:

We will provide you with a website that you can login and view your sales and commissions at any time. You can track your sales through this link and monitor your performance.

You will be paid your commission through PayPal, once monthly on the 1st of each month. Your commission from the previous month will be sent. It is your responsibility to provide BOSS Supplements with your PayPal email.

Product Pricing & Website Policies:

It is important that you stay up to date with BOSS Supplements products, pricing and sales. Anyone who purchases through our website is a Customer of BOSS Supplements. These customers will apply to all of our website policies and rules, and customer service. At our discretion, prices and products may be changed or adjusted at any given time. Product availability may also change without notice. It is important to remember this when advertising our products and refrain from posting product pricing or availability without confirming it is correct.

Advertising, Newspaper, Articles, etc:

You do not have the right to publicly post any articles or speak on behalf of BOSS Supplements in any written publication, without first getting consent from BOSS Supplements owners (Joel Thorney or Alisha Dusome directly). While we love our ambassadors spreading word about our company, it is important it is run by the team before publishing.

Logos, Banners, and Company Trademarks:

You are entitled to use promotional content we provide you with to share on your social media pages, personal websites, and other promotional sites (such as Instagram Stories), to promote our products and website.

You are not to modify or alter the logos, banners or promotional photos we give you in any way. Do not alter the colours of the logos, the shape or add anything to them. You should only use our licensed materials for the use of sharing your links to our website and promoting our products.

YOUR LIFETIME CUSTOMERS:

Our ambassador program is aimed at helping our ambassadors as much as we can. We want you to BENEFIT from this collaboration and we appreciate your efforts. Therefore, our Lifetime Customer Ambassador program means that any customer who FIRST uses your link or discount code on their first visit to our website to make a successful purchase, is YOUR lifetime customer. The customer can not have a previous association with the company or website or previously be associated with another ambassador. Your lifetime customers will be new customers you have directed to the website and have made a sale.

This applies AS LONG AS YOU ARE IN GOOD STANDING AS AN AMBASSADOR WITH BOSS SUPPLEMENTS. If your Ambassador contract is canceled for any reason deemed necessary by BOSS Supplements you are no longer entitled to these customers or commissions.

Inactivity - If the BOSS Supplements Ambassador is inactive for a period of 90 days or longer, with sales to new customers, the company has the right to remove the ambassadors position and remove any “lifetime customers” this ambassador has and place them directly with the company or another ambassador. While we will often encourage you to remain active to increase sales and commission and help support you to do so - if we feel an ambassador is not actively working to improve visibility and engagement of their links and code or posting regularly, we reserve the right to remove your position as an ambassador.

Amazon, Google Shopping, Etsy, EBay, Etc:

You can not use sites such as amazon, google shopping, eBay, Facebook marketplace, or Etsy (but not limited to) to promote our products through your personal link or discount code. The use of your discount and links is to be directed to your PERSONAL AUDIENCE, FOLLOWING, FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

All material shared with you including, but not limited to, promotional material, logos, photo, video, are all property of BOSS Supplements. Confidentiality is paramount in our company’s ambassador program, as ambassadors have access to sensitive information that directly impacts our brand and operations. As a representative of our company, you may have access to proprietary data, strategic initiatives, and other confidential materials that must be safeguarded. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals or entities. Maintaining confidentiality not only protects the integrity of our brand but also fosters trust between the company and its ambassadors, ensuring a secure and successful partnership.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT:

A NDA is a legally binding contract that ensures the protection of sensitive information shared between parties (BOSS Supplements and the Ambassador). By signing this agreement, you are agreeing not to disclose, share or misuse any confidential information you may receive during your involvement with our company. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, proprietary processes, customer details, and any other material deemed confidential. The NDA serves to protect both parties, preserving the trust and integrity of our professional relationship while safeguarding our competitive advantage in the market. Failure to comply with the terms of the NDA could result in legal action and removal of your ambassador position and commission.

BOSS Ambassadors cannot disclose any sales, profit margins, finances, customer numbers, customer information, sales numbers, or costs with anyone inside the company or outside the company, without written consent from BOSS Supplements owners. Sharing this confidential information will result in termination of your position as ambassador, without notice.

TERMS & TERMINATION:

This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon singing and remains in force throughout your involvement with our company. While the agreement is designed to last for the duration of our partnership, either party has the right to terminate the contract at any time. However, should you wish to end the contract, you are required to provide the company with 60 days written notice. This notice period allows for a smooth transition and ensures that all confidential information is adequately protected and managed before the agreement concludes.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR:

As an ambassador for our company, it is important to understand that your role is that of an independent contractor, not an employee. This distinction means that you are responsible for managing your own work schedule, taxes, and any other legal obligations associated with your business activities. You will not receive employee benefits, and your compensation will be based solely on the terms outlined in our agreement. As an independent contractor, you have the freedom to determine how best to represent yourself within the guidelines provided for representing our brand, while maintaining control over your methods and approach.

NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT:

A non-compete agreement is a critical component of our ambassador program, designed to protect the company's interests and ensure that our ambassadors’ activities align with our business goals. By signing this agreement, you agree not to engage in, represent, or promote any competing products, or services that directly conflict with the interests of our company during your involvement with us and for a specified period after the conclusion of our partnership. This restriction applies to activities such as promoting a product BOSS Supplements has, sharing trade secrets, or participating in ventures that could harm our business or sales. The non-compete clause is essential to maintaining the integrity and exclusivity of our ambassador program, ensuring that our brand remains distinct and our competitive edge is preserved. Violation of this agreement may result in legal action and termination of the ambassador relationship.

By accepting this agreement you agree that BOSS Supplements has clearly outlined the structure of your role as an Ambassador and you agree to all Terms and Conditions above.
